Shipping policy

We process and dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.

Free shipping to Canada is available on orders CA$99+ after discounts. For other destinations, applicable shipping charges and free-shipping offers are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@elixirdiuomo.com with photos and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email us before your order ships and we'll take care of it.

Missing packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first. If it's still missing, reach out — we'll do our best to help.

International orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees.
